How do I place an order using a school purchase order?
We gladly accept school purchase orders. You can upload your PO directly during the checkout process, email it to our sales team, or fax it to our customer service department for processing.
What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours. For large furniture or specialized lab equipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for freight delivery.
Do you offer tax-exempt shopping for educational institutions?
Yes. To shop tax-free, please create an account and upload your state-issued tax-exempt certificate. Once verified by our team, taxes will be automatically removed from your future orders.
What is your return policy for classroom supplies?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items, such as live specimens or customized kits, may be non-returnable.
Can I request a quote for a bulk volume discount?

How can I track the status of my shipment?
