At Nasco Education, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and verify your item's eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the address provided by our support representative.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
