- AMACO Velvet V-383 Light Red Underglaze (16 oz.) is a light coral red that is bright at Cone 05, softens slightly at Cone 5, and becomes darker and slightly glossy at Cone 10.
- AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes can be applied to bisque and wet/unfired clay.
- Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10.
- When left unglazed, these underglazes have a soft, velour look. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color.
- Mix to create hundreds of colors!
